You may qualify if:

  • A family member was detained or affected by ICE enforcement

  • Your household lost income

  • You are behind on rent or at risk of eviction

  • You are afraid or unable to access public services

 While P.A.T.H. does not directly issue rent checks, we act as your Navigational Partner.

  2. Resource Referral: If you aren't sure which program fits your zip code, we will find it for you.

  3. Future Planning: If your "Plan to Accommodate Travel Home" involves relocation, we can help coordinate those logistics alongside your housing needs.

  • We provide direct support to help you navigate and access these resources safely and successfully.
